Recipes

Crock Pot Chicken

 

1/2 cup Orchard Splash™ Tomato Juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chicken broth
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 whole chicken, skinless in serving size portions

 

Directions


Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken in the sauce.
Place in the slow cooker.
Pour remaining sauce over the top.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.

This is the best tomato juice I have had in years! One of our local restaurants served it and I asked to know the brand. It is a bit pricey, but I ordered a case because I love this juice. The quality is wonderful!
